Job summary

Anistar Technologies seeks a Supervisor for fire alarm installation in commercial projects in Raleigh, NC. Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience with Fire Alarm Installation in commercial projects.
• 3 years' experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role.
• Ability to read architectural and mechanical drawings.

Job description

Travel to project sites as needed to determine project status, scope, and schedule.

Work directly with Operations to establish project timeline and completion date.

Coordinate material release and delivery requirements.

Manage and schedule field personnel.

Coordinate final inspections with all supporting trades.

Prepare project change orders, coordinate material release and deliveries.

Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures and quality improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years’ experience with Fire Alarm Installation and New Construction of commercial projects,
• 3 years of experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role.
• Ability to read prints for multi-floor buildings while directing manpower to complete tasks on time.
• Knowledge of resource allocation, leadership, production methods, and the coordination of manpower.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Experience with a variety of system types and manufacturers.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes such as NFPA, IBC, and NEC.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and implementing skills to ensure project completion by deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
