Job summary

Supernova Technology, based in Chicago, seeks a Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, document and manage configurations across multiple projects. The role includes assisting junior analysts and coordinating with product teams to deliver high-quality features.

This position is rooted at our HQ in Chicago with the option to telecommute from a home office in the Chicago metro area one day per week. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, finance, project management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for projects and drive conclusions with stakeholders.
• Administer requirement documentation and present detailed requirements to internal/external groups.
• Address customization requests with product development team and assist Jr. BAs with requirements.
• Oversee testing planning, QA, and test execution coordination.
• Lead product release note collaboration and monitor project performance.
