Job summary

Rejuvenate Renovations is hiring a Lead Installer to work right under the foreman on bathroom and kitchen remodels, plus door installs for homeowners across Austin. You’ll focus on the last ten percent—clean tile lines, flat walls, tight joints, and flawless caulking and paint lines.

You’ll perform tile setting, drywall finishing, trim, and detail work, while leading on-site tasks when the foreman is elsewhere. Growth and steady full-time work are offered as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Finish-focused craftsmanship is essential.
• Experience in drywall or tile preferred.
• Remodeling or residential construction experience valued.

I own Rejuvenate Renovations and I work on the job every day as the foreman. We remodel bathrooms and kitchens and install doors for homeowners across Austin. I'm hiring a lead installer to work right under me.

This is the person who makes the work look right. The last ten percent. Clean tile lines. Flat walls. Tight joints. Caulk that looks like it belongs, perfect paint lines. If you see the flaw before the homeowner does, I want to talk to you.

What you’ll do

• Finish work on bathroom and kitchen remodels and door installs

• Tile setting, layout, and grouting

• Drywall hanging, taping, mudding, and texture matching

• Trim and final detail work

• Run tasks on site when I’m on another part of the job

• Keep the job site clean and the homeowner’s home respected

What I’m looking for

• An eye for finish. This matters more than anything else.

• Experience in drywall or tile preferred

• Remodeling or residential construction experience

• Takes pride in the work and owns mistakes

• Ready to step up and lead when I’m not standing next to you
