Lead Finish Carpenter - High End Residential Remodeling

Position Overview

This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role for experienced carpenters passionate about high-end residential projects. The salary range is $55,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on skills and experience, with benefits and performance bonuses included.

Responsibilities

1. Execute high-end finish carpentry and cabinet installation
2. Lead by example—actively work on-site while managing helpers
3. Handle projects from historical renovations to modern remodels
4. Utilize digital tools for accessing plans, documenting progress, and team communication
5. Perform quality craftsmanship in kitchens, bathrooms, and entire house renovations
6. Maintain a clean and safe job site daily

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on residential remodeling experience
• Expert-level finish carpentry skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
• Physical capability to perform carpentry tasks daily
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Basic digital literacy (using iPads and digital tools)
• Multi-skilled capabilities (basic electrical, plumbing, drywall/paint knowledge is a plus)
