Lowen Companies is looking for experienced Carpenter / Flooring Installers in Hopkins, MN to join our unit renovation team. You will perform finish carpentry and flooring installations, maintaining a professional demeanor in occupied spaces.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of carpentry and flooring experience, skilled in installing vinyl plank flooring and using various hand and power tools. This position promotes safety and quality standards while working in residential settings.

Qualifications

• Experience with LVP flooring required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, bend and work in occupied settings.
• Clean, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform finish carpentry including trim, cabinets, and doors.
• Install vinyl plank flooring, base shoe, and transitions.
• Communicate professionally with tenants and building staff.
• Lead and manage all onsite construction activities.

Skills

3+ years of combined carpentry and flooring installation experience

Skilled in use of hand/power tools

Ability to read architectural drawings
