The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in GM roles within upscale restaurants, strong guest relations, and the ability to drive financial and operational performance. This full-time position requires flexible hours and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of General Manager experience in a fine dining service role.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to offer personalized guest experiences.
• Excellent organizational and time management with attention to detail.
• Availability to work irregular hours, weekends, events, holidays.
• Solid food and beverage knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain quality and consistency of food and service per standards.
• Provide warm, attentive, and courteous service to guests.
• Understand market surroundings and competitive landscape.
• Measure service via audits and guest/employee feedback.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness; oversee repairs and maintenance.
• Drive standards in day-to-day operations; inspire and inform staff.
• Lead management development and quarterly evaluations; recruit and discipline as needed.
• Oversee budget adherence, cost controls, and revenue improvement.
