Centene Corporation seeks a Finance System Analyst Lead to guide the Finance System Analyst team, align projects with business goals, and drive the strategic direction of financial systems. You will liaise between Finance and IT and oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of critical systems.

The role demands 5+ years in financial systems with leadership experience, plus deep knowledge of data management, project governance, and system optimization. A flexible work approach is supported.

Position Purpose: Responsible for leading the Finance System Analyst team, overseeing daily operations, ensuring project alignment with business goals, and driving the overall direction of financial systems.

• Coordinates daily operations and activities of the team.

• Ensures projects are aligned with business objectives, completed on time and within budget.

• Provides broader guidance on project management to ensure the overall quality.

• Acts as the primary liaison between the Finance department and other departments, including IT.

• Oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems.

• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implements solutions.

• Ensures compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

• Prepares and presents reports to management and stakeholders.

• Fosters a collaborative and innovative team environment.

• Participates in the development and execution of strategic plans for financial systems.

• Leads the finance systems product backlog and prioritizes development efforts.

• Provides support and mentorship to production support staff assistance with complex issue resolution.

• Evaluates emerging technologies and recommends their integration.

• Support managers to lead cross-functional teams in system implementation and improvement initiatives.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field required: 5+ years of experience in financial systems or a similar role, with leadership experience required. Extensive knowledge of financial systems, data management, and project management required.

Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.

Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
