Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Finance System Analyst Lead to steer the Finance System Analyst team, oversee daily operations, and drive the overall direction of financial systems.

You will collaborate across finance and IT, manage the finance system backlog, and mentor production support staff while evaluating new technologies to improve processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial systems or a similar role, with leadership experience required.

• Prepares and presents reports to management and stakeholders.
• Fosters a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Participates in the development and execution of strategic plans for financial systems.
• Leads the finance systems product backlog and prioritizes development efforts.
• Provides support and mentorship to production support staff assistance with complex issue resolution.
• Evaluates emerging technologies and recommends their integration.
• Support managers to lead cross-functional teams in system implementation and improvement initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field required: 5+ years of experience in financial systems or a similar role, with leadership experience required. Extensive knowledge of financial systems, data management, and project management required.

Pay Range

$87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
