Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst, FP&A to partner with the RFS management team, delivering detailed FP&A reporting and analytics. The role involves timely monthly, annual, and strategic budgets with variance analysis, in a hybrid setting with occasional in-person collaboration.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in FP&A, a finance-related degree, and strong Excel skills; MBA/CPA is a plus. Experience with Cognos, Anaplan, ERP systems, and Power BI is desirable.

Broadridge is hiring a Lead Financial Analyst, FP&A who will partner with the business to provide insights to drive sound business decisions for the RFS (Regulatory Fund Solutions) management team, through detailed FP&A reporting and analytics. You will be involved in the timely delivery of monthly, annual, and strategic financial budgets including variance analysis to the business and the wider Finance Organization. This role is considered hybrid, which means you will be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely and meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed but at a minimum 1-2 times a week.
Salary: $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 depending upon experience.
