Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Minnesota seeks a Finance Leader to develop and interpret complex financial concepts and drive planning and control across the plant.

You will partner with Operations to review targets, lead budgeting, analyze variances, and present actionable recommendations to leadership. A Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting and advanced modeling skills are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel, OneStream or similar planning/reporting tools, and Power BI.
  • Ability to synthesize complex financial and operational data and present clear recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
  • Meticulous accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization, including executives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial reporting for daily tier-level discussions with variance drivers.
  • Partner with plant leadership to review manufacturing targets and balance capacity, cost, labor, and delivery impacts.
  • Translate operational and financial data into decision-ready recommendations for Operations leadership.
  • Analyze variances to Budget and Outlook and guide strategies to hit targets.
  • Lead annual budget process for the plant and connect targets to cost drivers and improvements.
  • Support business cases for capital investments evaluating impacts, benefits, risks, and payback.
