Job Description Summary

We seek a skilled Lead Finance Transformation Analyst to lead projects that modernize our finance functions, focusing on integrated, automated processes to improve efficiency and transparency. Collaboration across teams to deliver innovative solutions is essential.

Responsibilities

1. Lead large finance transformation projects, managing plans and timelines.
2. Build and operate data pipelines and distributed systems for large data sets.
3. Design data solutions on AWS cloud platforms.
4. Translate business needs into technical requirements, enhancing reporting and analytics through data modeling.
5. Automate financial processes by centralizing data sources.
6. Demonstrate expertise in data modeling, SQL, and data warehousing.
7. Communicate requirements and strategies to users and technical teams.
8. Guide consultants and team members on best practices.
9. Manage project resources and cross-functional collaboration.
10. Supervise financial systems integration and optimization.
11. Provide technical leadership and mentorship in data architecture and transformation.
12. Drive innovation in financial systems and processes.
13. Support strategic decision-making with data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of experience in project management, data analysis, and finance systems integration.
• Strategic thinking and consulting skills for finance transformation.
• Experience overseeing large projects and systems integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in actuarial/insurance data analysis.
• Knowledge of actuarial data and processes.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Quicksight.

Working Conditions
