Job Description Summary

We have an exciting remote opportunity for a Lead Accounting Operations Specialists for our Defense and Systems business. You will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to deliver execution of the accounts receivable process. Managing the successful cash collection by acting as a liaison between collectors and the business to deliver on Business KPIs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with stakeholders and manages accounts receivable process.
  • Partners with sales, operations, and finance leadership; focusing on driving down the past dues by leading process improvement projects & establishing past due management operating rhythms.
  • Assists in past due cash collection forecasting & assessing invoices at risk
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable accounting flows, including entire order to cash process.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Match Functions

The base pay range for this position is $80,300.00 - 107,200.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary.
