In the role of Lead Finance Data Analyst, you will report to the Vice President, Accounting Systems and Data Governance.

You will lead the analysis, governance, validation, and integration of finance data used across accounting, reporting, and finance systems. You will partner with Accounting, Finance, Technology, and business teams to define trusted data standards, strengthen SOX-relevant controls, resolve data quality issues, and support changes to financial systems and interfaces. The role combines hands‑on data analysis with process and control leadership to help ensure finance data is accurate, complete, timely, traceable, and fit for downstream use. Success will be measured by improved data quality, effective control execution, and reliable delivery of finance data changes across the system landscape.

The Accounting Systems and Data Governance team connects accounting requirements, data standards, controls, and technology to support reliable, scalable financial operations. The team partners across Accounting, Finance, Technology, and business functions to strengthen finance data integrity and improve how financial information moves through Crunchyroll's systems. This role is a senior individual contributor and key point of coordination for finance data governance, validation, and change initiatives. Success is measured through trusted data, effective controls, and dependable system delivery.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
