Job summary

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors for extended hours. Responsibilities include ensuring equipment readiness, conducting customer follow-ups, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willing to stand and work outdoors for 6-10 hours a day.
• Able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew in providing outstanding service in soft washing.
• Ensure the work area and equipment are ready and in working order.
• Conduct final walk with the customer and collect payment.
