You will oversee field crews, validate data, and coordinate with project managers to meet schedules and budgets. The role requires a minimum of 3 years as a Survey Crew Chief, proficiency with total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors, plus familiarity with Carlson AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Survey Crew Chief.
• Proficient with total stations, GPS, and data collectors.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Part 107 license preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Carlson AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field survey activities and ensure data quality.
• Locate boundaries, pins, improvements, utilities, and perform ALTA, boundary, staking, and topo surveys.
• Check and reduce field data, perform calculations, and download survey data.
• Travel regionally and nationally; work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate with Field Project Manager to meet schedules and budgets.
