The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality work, managing project schedules, and leading safety initiatives. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, along with 4-8 years of relevant experience in large commercial or industrial projects. The role offers a competitive salary range of $87,400 to $109,000 plus benefits and a robust retirement program.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 4-8 years experience in superintendent role on large construction projects.
• Must be OSHA 30-hour certified and have STS-C Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of trade partners and subcontractors.
• Communicate project status and changes to the team regularly.
• Lead contractor meetings and maintain quality and safety standards.
