Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction in Gainesville, FL seeks a Project Superintendent (Construction) to lead field teams, ensure productivity, safety, and quality on projects. You will coordinate with project teams, develop schedules, and manage stakeholder communications across the jobsite.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization and with customers/subcontractors.
• Detail oriented with the ability to analyze and organize significant information on productivity, quality, and safety.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Project and Outlook.
• Knowledgeable of safety requirements and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to travel and work extended periods on projects outside the office.

Responsibilities

• Ensures achievement of productivity, quality and safety objectives.
• Supervises hiring, training, job assignments, and promotions for field personnel per EE guidelines.
• Manages personnel development and activities to maximize efficiency.
• Assists with project steps, schedules, and task adaptation.
• Troubleshoots constructability concerns with project team.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships for future projects.
• Assists with material and equipment scheduling and promotes efficiency.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
