Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Orientate new workers to project safety requirements and site rules.
• Enforce daily policies and safety guidelines across crews.
• Audit subcontractors for conformance with plans and specs.
• Track and document work activities, schedule, and manpower.
• Read/interpret construction drawings and submittals.
• Mentor assistant superintendents for growth into superintendent roles.
• Promote positive subcontractor relations and teamwork.
