Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service experience with critical power equipment.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting UPS systems.
• Working knowledge of switchgear, ATS, standby generators, and power distribution equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service activities for critical power systems.
• Troubleshoot UPS systems and battery backup systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service calls.
• Diagnose electrical issues using schematics and diagnostic equipment.
• Ensure all work follows safety procedures and regulations.
