Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate, service, and maintain equipment.
• Be proficient in downhole operations.
• Have knowledge of downhole calculations.
• Manage stand-alone crew.
• Directly work with customers.
• Conduct daily meetings with management on operations.
• Oversee daily operations.
• Troubleshoot issues on jobs as needed.
• Mentor and lead team members.
• Display extensive knowledge of rigging and outside operations of pump, iron, and wellhead.
• Complete documentation for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance.
• Operate or drive all equipment.
• Comply with safety and operational procedures.
• Assist others with equipment rigs up and rig down.
• Operate fluid pumps and treatment procedures.
• Perform inspections and maintain equipment and iron certifications.
