Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of oilfield experience and management experience.
• Proficient written and verbal communication.

• Must complete Noble and industry training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage field and shop personnel across divisions.
• Organize crews and schedule jobs; stage and test equipment.

• Recruit, hire, evaluate, train staff; support promotions and disciplinary actions.
