Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of NDE experience in facilities, terminals, or industrial settings.
• 2+ years in a supervisory, foreman, or lead technician role.
• Experience with both conventional and advanced NDE methods preferred.
• Familiarity with managing crews, client relationships, and report quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work complies with safety standards.
• Execute and supervise facility-based NDE projects including advanced methods.
• Lead field operations and serve as liaison between clients and management.
• Provide guidance and leadership to field crews; recruit and train technicians.
• Assist with writing inspection reports and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Maintain crew certifications and qualifications; coordinate project logistics.
• Engage in business development and client interfacing to grow regional capabilities.
