Job summary

Colt is seeking a Lead Technician for Leak Repair to safely detect, locate, evaluate and repair leaks at client sites. You will supervise technicians, coordinate with operations and customers, and promote safety, quality, and integrity across the team.

This role requires strong physical ability, 9+ years of leak repair experience, a valid driver's license, and OSHA 10/30 certification. You must be able to work on-site in industrial environments and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 9+ years of experience with on-line leak repair.
• Must be able to pass routine and random drug screening.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to safety standards.
• Assess leaking components and report findings to operations, engineering, and customer representatives.
• Perform leak repair using various techniques such as drilling, wire wrap, or clamp installation.
• Maintain on-call status and travel to address emergencies on site as needed.
• Communicate and collaborate with field personnel, client representatives and management to complete projects.
