Job summary
ORBIS Inc. seeks an Engineering Tech Level IV to support submarine HM&E systems in Hawaii. You will perform field inspections, troubleshooting, fault isolation, and expert consultation, across High Data Rate Antenna, Towed Buoy, Radar/Navigation, and related subsystems.
Requires US citizenship with Secret clearance, five years of DoD/submarine HM&E maintenance management, and five years of field engineering support; two years in inspection/repair and database experience with Sail ISE REP.
Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- U.S. citizenship with Secret Security Clearance.
- Five years of DoD/Submarine HM&E maintenance management experience.
- Five years of field engineering support experience.
- Two of five years in inspection, repair, maintenance, troubleshooting and installation of Sail and Towed Antenna systems; and
- Experience using Submarine Sail ISE REP databases.
Responsibilities
- Perform field representative support inspections, troubleshooting, fault isolation, and expert consultation.
- Repair and installation support for Submarine HM&E systems.
- On-site work worldwide at shore stations, on board submarines in port or at sea.
