Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years in IT, preferably within an MSP environment
· Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
· Advanced experience with networking (firewalls, VLANs, routing/switching, VPNs)
· Office 365 and Azure AD administration
· Strong troubleshooting and escalation experience
· Proven background in client-facing technical support and project work

Desired Skills & Experience
· Exposure to scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
· Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
· Familiarity with RMM tools and PSA platforms
· Network certifications (CCNA, Network+) a plus
· Strong documentation and ticketing practices

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown
· 50% Windows Server, Office 365, Azure
· 40% Networking – Firewalls, Switches, VPNs
· 10% Other tools and integrations (RMM, scripting)

Daily Responsibilities
· 70% Hands On
· 20% Management Duties (mentoring, escalations)
· 10% Team Collaboration
