Job summary

Carolina Heating Service Inc. seeks an experienced Field Supervisor Electrician to install, maintain and repair residential and light commercial systems while ensuring safety and code compliance.

You will lead crews, estimate jobs, review plans, and coordinate permits and inspections on diverse electrical projects. Strong leadership, NEC knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints are essential; standby generator work is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Five+ years electrical field experience with leadership or supervision.
• Ability to estimate and price larger electrical projects.
• Knowledge of NEC and local codes; blueprints and plans reading.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Standby generator experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and support electricians and crews.
• Visit job sites to ensure safety, code compliance, and quality.
• Provide troubleshooting and complex electrical installation support.
• Review plans and job-site conditions for accurate execution.
• Prepare labor and material estimates for projects.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and subcontractors.
• Monitor costs, schedules, and project profitability.
• Train and coach field staff on safety and service excellence.
