Carolina Heating Service Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor Electrician to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial electrical systems while upholding safety and code compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, site inspections, and the ability to estimate labor and materials for complex projects. A Journeyman/Master license is preferred, with a company vehicle provided in some roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of electrical field experience.
• Experience estimating and pricing larger electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and local codes.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred or required by local regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead, schedule, and support electricians, apprentices, and installation crews.
• Visit job sites to ensure safe, code-compliant, high-quality work.
• Prepare accurate labor and material estimates for larger electrical projects.
• Develop clear proposals, scopes of work, project schedules, and material lists.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, materials, utilities, subcontractors, and project schedules.
