Job summary

Buch Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field construction activities on a project in Atlanta, GA. You will ensure safety, on-time scheduling, budget adherence, and quality workmanship across all trades.

You will coordinate submittals and RFIs, maintain as-built records, and develop weekly lookahead schedules while promoting teamwork and sustainable practices on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Understanding of scheduling and cost analysis; proficient with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field construction activities and coordinate trades to meet schedules and budgets.
• Promote safety and enforce Buch Safety Program per laws and policies.
• Provide weekly lookahead schedules and ensure timely permits and inspections.
