Job summary

APSI Construction Management seeks a Construction Field PM / Inspector to lead on-site oversight for a window replacement project at the Schneebeli Federal Building, Williamsport, PA. This role ensures quality, safety, and schedule adherence while coordinating with the design team, GC, and government entities.

The position requires hands-on management of multiphase renovations in occupied space, with daily reporting, site inspections, and active problem-solving to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Construction Manager or Owner's Representative on similar projects (>$2–10M).
• Experience renovating occupied buildings; envelope/window scopes and commissioning coordination.
• Proficiency with project management docs, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction monitoring and QA to ensure contract compliance and schedule.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
• Manage documentation: RFIs, submittals, daily reports, photos, and change orders using Kahua.
