Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 6+ years of related construction experience (Construction Manager III).
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification.
• 8+ years of related construction experience (Senior Construction Manager).
• 5+ years supporting large-scale projects ($50M+).
• 12+ years of related construction experience (Staff Construction Manager).
• 7+ years supporting large or mega-projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or a related field (Preferred).
• Natural gas pipeline, processing, industrial facility, or infrastructure construction experience (Preferred).
• Knowledge of construction technologies, pipeline systems, and industry best practices (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction activities and serve as the primary site representative.
• Manage construction planning, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
• Oversee contractor execution, performance, and compliance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Commissioning teams.
• Identify and mitigate construction risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct construction inspections, audits, and quality reviews.
• Support project closeout, turnover documentation, and lessons learned.
