Job Description

CODE4 Field Service Group is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a gas pipeline installation project (Kinder Morgan tie-in to power plant) along with other industrial work.

📍 Interview: In-person required (DFW area)

📅 Project Duration: May – Feb. 2027 (potential for ongoing work)

💲 Pay: Based on experience

Responsibilities

• Managing pipeline installation, excavation, welding, and tie-ins
• Overseeing crews, subcontractors, schedule, and budget
• Handling permits, environmental compliance, and inspections
• Leading safety (JSA/JHA) and maintaining jobsite standards
• Coordinating with clients, engineers, and field teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in pipeline, refinery, or power plant construction
• Strong experience with underground utilities and tie-ins
• Ability to manage fast-paced, multi-scope industrial projects
• Must be computer literate (reporting, scheduling, communication, etc.)
• Leadership mindset with solid communication skills
