Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Fertigation Technician to manage irrigation and nutrient delivery across the cultivation facility. You will ensure consistent execution, align with crop needs, and collaborate with the Cultivation Manager to optimize plant health and yield.
Applicants should have at least 1 year of regulated cannabis experience, strong data logging habits, and the ability to work weekends. The role requires attention to detail, SOP compliance, and proactive problem solving.
Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.75/hr
Location: Fargo, ND
Job Type: Full Time | Non-Exempt
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm (availability outside of standard hours required)
You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and take ownership of your work. You notice issues early, investigate them, and take action without waiting to be asked. You’re comfortable working independently, including weekends, and understand that fertigation accuracy directly impacts plant health and yield. You follow SOPs, stay organized, communicate clearly with the team, and bring solutions forward. Experience in cannabis cultivation or irrigation is helpful, but consistency, accountability, and strong data logging matter just as much.
As a Lead Fertigation Technician at Curaleaf, you’ll own irrigation and nutrient delivery across the cultivation facility, ensuring systems, schedules, and execution are consistent, proactive, and aligned with crop needs. You’ll partner closely with the Cultivation Manager and growing team to troubleshoot issues, set daily priorities, and support plant health and yield.
