Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Fence Installer II to lead a crew in fencing projects, from preparation through installation, while ensuring safety and adherence to company standards. Position requires driving between sites, outdoor work in varying weather, and strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

Proven leadership abilities to lead teams on assignments.

Knowledge of general tools/equipment used on fencing projects.
Must be able to physically handle heavy fence panels and operate tools.

Responsibilities

Lead safety for yourself and team on yard, while driving and installing fencing.
Complete operational paperwork (JHA's, truck logs, site checklists).
Supervise, train, and provide feedback to workers.
Plan and manage tasks by priorities and goals.
Ensure loads are secure and equipment ready for job sites.
Coordinate with clients to review job details and site readiness.
Maintain clean, safe worksites and professional conduct.
