Job summary

This field role emphasizes safety leadership, hands-on use of hand and power tools, and coordinating with clients. A valid CMV in the U.S. and reliable transportation are required for this outdoor role under varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Leadership abilities to guide teams on assignments.
• Ability to motivate others to complete tasks under tight deadlines.
• Current driver license (CMV in U.S.) in good standing.
• Ability to accurately and thoroughly complete paperwork.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Knowledge of general tools and equipment (drills, power washers, post drivers, banding equipment).
• Ability to physically lift heavy fence panels (50–80 lbs).
• Must have own transportation.
• Experience operating forklift (Warehouse and Telehandler) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety role for self and team on yard, while driving and installing fencing.
• Complete operational paperwork (JHA’s, inventory logs, site checklists).
• Supervise, train, and provide feedback to workers.
• Plan and manage tasks per priorities and goals.
• Manage team attendance and workflow.
• Set up and dismantle fencing at customer sites safely.
• Communicate with clients and review job details on site.
• Lead area preparation for fencing using hand/power tools.
• Inspect jobs and finalize paperwork.
• Ensure truck loads contain all required equipment and fencing materials.
• Keep worksite clean and hazard-free.
• Assist in navigating to sites for safe and efficient arrival.
• Work safely and professionally in all conditions.
