Job summary

A to Z Quality Fencing in Hartford, WI is seeking a Lead Fence Installer to run field installations for residential, commercial, and farm projects.

You will install vinyl, aluminum, cedar, and chain-link fencing, lead a crew, train teammates, read specs, and ensure every fence is square, plumb, and built to last.

Qualifications

Lead Fence Installer — A to Z Quality Fencing | Hartford, WI

$30/hr for qualified applicants | $25/hr training rate | Paid Holidays & Personal Time

Our team of Fenceperts installs vinyl, aluminum, cedar, and chain link fencing for homeowners, businesses, and horse farms using our innovative No-Mess, No-Dig installation process — and we back our work with the best warranties in the industry, including lifetime craftsmanship warranties. We’re growing, and our Hartford, WI location is looking for a Lead Fence Installer to run installations and lead a crew in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a fence installation crew on residential, commercial, and farm projects
• Install vinyl, aluminum, cedar wood, and chain link fencing and gates to A to Z quality standards
• Pound posts, set posts, hang gates, and complete installations start to finish
• Read job specs and layouts, and ensure every fence is built square, plumb, and built to last
• Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety
• Operate installation equipment and maintain tools, trucks, and job sites
• Represent A to Z Quality Fencing professionally with customers on every job

What We’re Looking For

• Fence installation experience strongly preferred — experienced installers start at $30/hour
• Less experience? We’ll train the right person at $25/hour with room to grow into the lead rate
• Ability to lead a crew and take ownership of job quality from start to finish
• Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in all seasons
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
