Job summary

Essnova Solutions, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to act as the principal representative for ESS VIII MATOC contract performance, providing executive leadership, program oversight, and risk management across multiple concurrent task orders.

The role requires directing planning and execution, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, while maintaining cost, schedule, and quality to achieve mission success. Federal project leadership experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering/Construction Management/Business/Info Systems).
• Minimum 10 years federal project/program management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in ESS, physical security, or infrastructure modernization.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects with dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Interface with USACE, DoD, and customer stakeholders.
• Direct planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of task orders.
• Manage performance across CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• Oversee subcontractor and teaming partner performance and risk.
• Ensure compliance with PWS requirements and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and staffing.
