Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Federal or DoD SECURITY clearance (SECRET) or be eligible for adjudication.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.
• SEVEN (7) years of experience in data analysis, financial management, or technology-enabled transformation projects.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik) and familiarity with data platforms (Databricks).
• Understanding of federal financial management processes, audit readiness, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contributor on a data-driven team supporting Army Audit Readiness objectives.
• Design and develop financial dashboards and data visualizations for senior stakeholders.
• Act as a product manager for financial management technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and manage delivery of scalable solutions.
• Identify gaps in financial processes and support modernization initiatives.
• Support integration of analytics and automation tools (Power BI, Qlik, Power Apps, Databricks).
• Ensure compliance with federal financial management standards and audit readiness requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs.
