Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in fashion design

• Ability to lead a design team and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team with creative direction
• Develop and execute seasonal collections aligned with brand identity and market trends
• Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Merchandising, and Sales to ensure cohesive brand representation
• Research current fashion trends, fabrics, materials, techniques, and consumer preferences
• Oversee the complete design process from concept to final production
• Ensure design quality, consistency, and timely completion of collections
• Present concepts, sketches, prototypes, and collections to management and stakeholders
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to develop commercially viable products
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve designs and offerings
• Maintain strong brand standards and design consistency across product lines
• Work with production teams to ensure feasibility and quality standards
• Contribute ideas balancing design, quality, demand, and pricing
