This position operates a variety of agricultural equipment, keeps machinery maintained, and supports planting, spraying, harvesting, and general crop-production activities, with a focus on reliability and hands-on ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience operating agricultural or heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to drive tractor-trailers when needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep machinery dependable, safe, and ready for seasonal fieldwork.
