Job description

Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently operate various types of farm equipment: sprayers, combines, semis with grain trailers, large tractors, trucks, pickups, and all the implements associated.
  • Keep detailed electronic records of all applications and inventory with the use of our software systems.
  • Assist onsite manager with field crop production processes. Planning of production resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment, tools, facilities, and raw materials, needed to execute dryland crop production.
  • Verify and enter accurate reports and data for inventory and process management through online and computer systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and facilities when instructed.
  • Participate in other duties as assigned when not involved in specific crop activities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Your ability to execute and assist in operations allows you to participate in the production of crops such as wheat, corn, milo, and millet. Using your individual leadership and personal management skills you will foster creative solutions with our other team members.
