Job summary

HCRS (Health Care & Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont) is seeking a Program Coordinator for the IFBS program to support families at risk. Working with the IFBS Clinician and Case Manager, you will assess needs, develop plans, and provide family-based interventions, education, and linkage to services in the community.

The role includes supervisory duties, coordination with DCF, monthly reporting and billing, and ensuring compliance with agency policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• At least four years of experience with families at risk preferred.
• Knowledge of family systems, behavior management, substance abuse and other areas.

Responsibilities

• Assess family functioning and develop a plan for treatment and service provision.
• Work with families to improve parenting and communication.
• Provide education on child development.
• Coordinate services with IFBS clinician, Case Manager and DCF District Director/Open Family Cases Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate client case records and billing.
