Job summary

Community Care Network is seeking an IFBS Clinician to provide in-home, family-based clinical and support services to families with complex needs, involving DCF or related agencies. Qualifications

• Master’s level social work, mental health, psychology, or human services degree.
• Experience in psychological treatment of adults, children, and families.
• Experience or knowledge in family systems therapy approaches and complex/generational trauma.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with personal auto liability insurance as required by the State of Vermont.
• Successful completion of a criminal history background check after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly in-home parenting support, clinical interventions, and psychoeducation to client’s family.
• Address risk factors as identified by DCF or from clinical assessment to reunification or prevent further DCF involvement.
• Participate and attend related school and provider meetings on behalf of the child and/or family.
• Extensive collaboration across community agencies and other RMH providers.
• Comply with internal and DCF documentation requirements.
• Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners.
• Participate in clinical supervision as well as team, department, and agency staff meetings.
• Will accept and complete additional relevant duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Will practice and present in a manner consistent with Agent Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals.

Community Care Network is looking for a Clinician – IFBS (Intensive Family Based Services) $2,000 Sign on Bonus* to join our team!

About The Role

The position is responsible for providing in-home, family-based clinical and support services to families of domestic violence, substance abuse, abused and/or neglected children, and/or families with severely emotionally disturbed children. The IFBS Clinician will provide family-focused services to the parents of children involved with Department of Children and Families (DCF) or other identified families. The overall goal of services is to strengthen parenting skills, emotional responsiveness, and improve communication within the family. All services provided will follow the guidelines defined in the DCF Grant. The clinician will develop and maintain close working relationships with internal and external professional staff to provide coordinated, quality services.

• Must have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation with personal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandated by the State of Vermont.
