Job summary

MainStreet Family Care in Eden, NC seeks a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to provide urgent and primary care across all ages. You will lead a small team, manage protocols, and offer telemedicine services in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are board-certified FNPs, with a willingness to obtain DOT if needed, and enjoy working with rural communities. Onboarding includes HQ orientation and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner board certification required.
• MSN or higher degree required; new grads welcomed.
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain (cost coverage provided).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care and primary care within full scope of practice.
• Lead a small clinic team in a high-volume environment.
• Collaborate with clinicians on protocols and decision-making.
• Perform minor procedures and interpret diagnostics.
• Deliver telemedicine services as needed.
• Support rural community access and patient education.
