Job summary

KidsStreet Urgent Care in Montgomery, Alabama is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role in a high-volume urgent care setting. You will lead a small team while delivering comprehensive care to babies through seniors in a fast-paced clinic.

Ideal candidates have FNP board certification and MSN or higher; new graduates welcome. Expect on-going orientation, training, and opportunities for telemedicine and occupational medicine within the practice.

Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
• MSN, or higher education required (New graduate friendly!)
• Are you DOT certified or willing to become DOT certified (we cover the cost of the certification)?
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat conditions across age groups in urgent care.
• Lead a small team of medical assistants.
• Provide care for pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Review imaging and coordinate care with radiologists.
• Deliver telemedicine and occupational medicine as needed
