Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Factory Project Engineer to provide technical leadership for capital projects in our manufacturing facility. You will manage design, construction, and commissioning while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes project management, GMP/OSHA compliance, and a focus on safe, efficient plant operations. Travel up to 10% is possible in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Mechanical/Process/Electrical/Industrial/Manufacturing engineering preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing facility; PM experience on projects up to $3M preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus; ability to manage scope, cost, schedule and risks.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee installation, construction, and commissioning of projects.
• Manage project scope changes and approvals per project charter.
• Maintain detailed project cost and status reports monthly or per stakeholder request.
• Keep milestone schedules aligned with the project charter.
• Ensure compliance with quality, GMP, FDA and OSHA requirements.
