Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Facility Services team member to maintain the safe condition and cleanliness of the travel center in Benton Harbor, Michigan. You will perform routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and minor repairs to keep the facility operational.

This role offers an hourly wage starting around $14.95 to $22.22, with benefits such as medical and 401(k) plans. Flex schedules and weekly pay are also advertised for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• General cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and determine when to call a vendor.

Responsibilities

• Keep showers and restrooms clean.
• Maintain cleanliness of fuel islands and related equipment.
• Fill propane tanks.
• Empty trash on the entire property and pick up debris in the parking lot.
• Sweep and mop floors, and clean the glass throughout the travel center.
• Perform low level repairs for equipment, dispensers, plumbing, electrical, tile replacement, painting, etc.
• Determine whether to do minor repairs or call for a service vendor.
• Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Pay Rates Starting between: $14.95 - $22.22 / hour
