Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking a Facility Integrity Specialist to support the Integrity Management Program across multiple locations including Glendale, AZ. This role conducts high-level assignments for the Integrity Management Department and may lead others.

Responsibilities include data-driven risk assessments, NDE method selection, and knowledge of PHMSA codes. Required are eight years of related field experience, a Bachelor's in engineering or related discipline, and API 570/510 or CIP Level 2

Qualifications

A minimum of eight year's plant, terminal, and above-ground storage tank experience related to inspections and mechanical integrity.
Preferred experience in corrosion control, risk management, NDE, and data management systems (PCMS).
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline; API 570, API 510, or AMPP CIP Level 2 certifications; degree may be substituted by certifications.

Responsibilities

Collects, analyzes data for risk and integrity assessments and inspections.
Selects and implements NDE and direct inspection methods.
Maintains knowledge of industry codes and piping system standards.
Oversees field documentation of inspection results and coordinates field projects.
Develops technical solutions and project plans; interfaces with vendors and contractors.
Provides training and leads or directs work of others when required.
Manages schedules, budgets, and status of facility integrity programs.
