Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 4+ years facilities maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of building maintenance skills (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Valid California driver's license with clean driving record.

• Oversee and perform maintenance tasks across AltaMed facilities.
• Prioritize staff activities to ensure completion per specifications.
