Job summary

Qualifications

• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and A/C systems.
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety protocols and government regulations pertaining to facilities management.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily department activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitors and modifies preventative maintenance programs to ensure accurate worksheet information and assignments.
• Initiates, coordinates, and supervises contractor/vendor repair activities for timely, quality work.
