• Supervisory experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to plan, schedule, assign, supervise, review, and evaluate staff performance.
• Experience developing budgets and managing contracts for services such as custodial and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, assign, supervise, and review maintenance work across County facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance projects and contracts with internal divisions and external vendors.
• Develop goals, budgets, and resource plans for services and programs.
• Prepare reports and maintain records of work performance and compliance with safety regulations.
• Inspect facilities for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; implement improvements as needed.
• Provide technical input and guidance to the Facilities Manager and coordinate with other divisions.
